Ongoing Support

I keep you motivated and accountable through weekly check ins, helping you overcome obstacles, stay consistent and adjust your plan as needed.

Review and Reflect

Every 6 weeks we reflect on your growth and plan the next steps. This is about acknowledging how far you’ve come, reinforcing the habits and mindset you’ve built, ensuring continuous growth and lasting results.
