Meet Your Coach

I’m Hannah, founder of Project HER.

I’m a degree-educated, fully qualified fitness and nutrition coach with eight years experience but more than that, I’m someone who’s had to build herself from the ground up.

There was a time I felt disconnected from who I was, putting my energy into the wrong places, not taking care of myself and lacking confidence in my own decisions. I tried to escape that feeling through partying, drinking and anything that kept me distracted.

Fitness changed that.

It gave me structure, discipline and something that I could build for myself. Over time, it helped me build confidence, trust myself and feel stronger… not just physically, but mentally.

Now, I’m someone who values self-respect, discipline and independence. Someone who knows how to take control of her life, rather than avoid it.

That’s the energy behind what I do, because this isn’t just about building a body,
it’s about building yourself.
